In the event of conflict this document will take precedence.

AllegiantVETS collaborates with third-party partners (including employers, training providers, educational institutions, and service providers) to facilitate job placements, skills training, mentorship, and other veteran transition services.
Byagreeing to these Terms, you authorize AllegiantVETS to share your information with these partners to assist in identifying potential job opportunities, educational programs, and relevant support services.
Sharedinformation includes, but is not limited to, work history, skills, certifications, security clearance status, and other professional attributes relevant to your employment and educational objectives.

3. Types of Data Shared

Theinformation AllegiantVETS may share includes:
- EmploymentData: Relevant work experience, professional skills, certifications, and job preferences.
- Educational Data: Degrees, certifications, training programs completed, and field of study.
- Career Preferences: Industry and role preferences, location preferences, and other relevant career data.

AllegiantVETS shares data to:
- Facilitate Job Placement: Match you with potential employers and roles aligned with your experience and career goals.

DataAccess: You can access the personal data AllegiantVETS holds on you.
DataCorrection: You can request correction of any inaccuracies in your information.
DataDeletion: You may request the deletion of your data at any time; however, certain data may be retained to comply with legal requirements or for legitimate business purposes.
